First mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the hazelnut paste, butter, eggs and vanilla. Knead everything well to a smooth dough. Chill the dough for about 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees convection.Roll out one half of the dough to about 3-5 mm thickness on a floured work surface. Cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter of your choice and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Knead the leftovers in a dough once again, roll it out and cut out further. Repeat this until you run out of dough.
Place the baking tray in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes (depending on the size of the cookies). Afterwards let it cool down well and decorate them or simply sprinkle some powdered erythritol on top. Finally store the cookies in a cookie jar.
