Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic, wash and halve the tomatoes and cut the spring onions into fine rings.
Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan, add the garlic and fry briefly.(If you like it a bit spicy, you can add the dried chili flakes right away).As soon as the garlic is fried shortly, deglaze everything with the white wine and add the tomatoes and spring onions. Stir and simmer briefly.
Before you drain the spaghetti, save about 100-150 ml of the pasta water and put it aside.Add the prawns to the sauce and reduce the heat to a low to medium level. Wash the basil and cut into fine strips.
As soon as the prawns have taken on a pink color, add the spaghetti to the pan. Add some of the pasta water (just a little bit by feeling), season with salt and pepper and stir well. Mix in the basil and place the pasta on two plates.
